Fantastic location, spotless hotel, great breakfast, fabulous staff, helpful and friendly, excellent barman and entertainer, good with children, hard-working staff, highly recommend.

This pleasant hotel was perfectly clean. Asked for the single room and it was ready when we arrived. The property's location was decent, oN SEAFRONT. We had goodies and coffee at Lindale Cafe, it was located just a walking distance from the...

For the price we paid, we felt we got great value. The room was cozy and quiet, with a lovely view of the back yard. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the middle of everything we wanted to explore. The staff were friendly, helpful,...

Everything in this exceptionally clean hotel was good. We liked double room provided with a new mattress, hot chocolate, as example. The location was decent, just 5 minutes walk from Promenade. It was across the lovely area. ...  

All good — we thoroughly enjoyed this small hotel — the food was excellent and the staff were amazingly great and polite. The room was excellent, tastefully decorated and included central heating, a flat-screen TV and a radio. It had sea views. Had central location right next to beach.

The building is extremely clean and the rooms are bright and spacious with a lovely view and extra beds plus hot chocolate.

Nicely decorated hotel & immaculately clean, its location is perfect and magnificent on sea front. It has both extremely helpful and affable staff.

The breakfast is great, available with juices and fruit to the full English, as example.

This hotel is conveniently located on the Promenade right by Central Pier and a tram stop outside the door. The view of the seafront is lovely and there are a few facilities like a pool table that make the stay enjoyable. However, the rooms are small and outdated, with poorly maintained bathrooms. The breakfast is subpar and the cleanliness is questionable with instances of tablets left by previous guests. not worth the price paid for the stay.

We enjoyed double room provided with a lovely view and a new mattress. The staff were pleasant and the setting was decent.

Savoury food, popular hotel, particularly good location on the sea front. Nicely decorated and big size units with coffee, a three quarter bed and tea, and efficient staff. A wide array of great breakfast options.

Perfect location near central pier, spacious and clean room, amazing breakfast every morning, homely atmosphere, residents only bar with entertainment.
